If you do not accept these Terms, you may not use or access any ACUFC websites or portals. The content of the ACUFC’s websites and portals is protected by Canadian copyright.

You may temporarily download copies of documents found on the ACUFC’s websites and portals for personal, non-commercial, transitory use. Use of such materials is permitted under licence and does not constitute a transfer of title. Under this licence, you may not:

– remove copyright or any other mark of ownership of material
This licence will be automatically terminated if you violate any of the above restrictions and may be revoked at any time by the ACUFC. If the licence is terminated, you must destroy all downloaded material in your possession, whether in electronic or printed format.

The ACUFC’s websites and portals publish the names and contact information provided by its members and partners.
Any user, collaborator or subscriber who submits comments, information or documents to be published online on an ACUFC website or portal consents to the publication of his or her full name as the author of the information. All use of information about members, partners, collaborators and subscribers must be conducted in good faith. In this regard, the ACUFC will not collect or use this information for any malicious purposes, including but not limited to sending junk email, making phishing attempts, committing identity fraud, transmitting digital viruses or other malware, or committing any form of harassment.
